The LULA PARKING Management System comes standard with a feedback portal that is located at m.lulapaking.com. All feedback is recorded on the LULA PARKING MIS and immediately passed onto the correct Manager. This system is also used by the call centres of the parking operators to ensure that handling of complaints are tracked and can be reported on our monthly meetings with staff. All ticket stubs and loyalty cards will have our details as well as the contact phone number which is printed on the front of the ticket.
